Q.  Where are you located?
A.  JohneCakes is based out of Freehold, New Jersey.


Q.  Do you have a storefront?
A.  I'm sorry but JohneCakes does not have a storefront as of this time.  We are currently using a commerical kitchen to prepare all orders in accordance with NJ state law.


Q.  How can i order JohneCakes custom cakes, cupcakes and confections?
A.  Simply fill out the contact form under our Contact page.  We will answer back within a business day or sooner. 


Q.  Do you offer delivery of your products?
A.  Yes. Charges depend on distance and tolls. 

Q.  Can I mix and match different cupcakes in one order?
A.  All cupcakes and minis require a minimum order of two (2) dozen cake type.  Meaning 2 dozen chocolate cake, yellow cake, red velvet and so on.  As long as the base cake is the same we can mix and match any filling and flavor buttercream.  


Q.  How much do your Custom Cakes cost?
A.  Buttercream cakes start at $4 a serving and fondant cakes start at $6 a serving.  The smallest tiered cake serves 23 people.  Pricing for custom carved/sculpted cakes depends on the complexity and number of people being served.  The minimum amount of servings in a sculpted cake are 20.  3D cakes start as low as $7 a serving.


Q.  What is a typical serving size?
A.  Typical serving size is 1" x 2" x 4".  We think that is not a large enough serving so we happily go larger.  Please see our serving suggestions below.
